Kids facilities:

1. Child 0–6.99 years

• Benefits from free accommodation and meals.
• An extra bed is not required and no fee is charged. It is charged only if explicitly requested.

2. Child 7–11.99 years

• Pays children’s meal rates according to the current pricing grid.
• An extra bed is not mandatory and is charged only if explicitly requested.
• If no extra bed is requested, only the children’s meals are charged.

3. Child over 12 years

• Falls under adult rates for both accommodation and meals.

4. Two children in the room

• An extra bed for the second child is mandatory and is charged according to the price offer.
• Only one extra bed can be placed in the room.

Online Payment Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the online payment link, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Confirmation
The reservation becomes confirmed only after the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by the hotel.

2. Payment Policy
Payment must be made in advance by bank card through the secure payment link.
The amount paid represents the full value of the reserved services, according to the details previously provided.
All amounts are expressed in RON and include VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
For non-refundable rates:
- payment is final and cannot be refunded;
- cancellations or modifications are not accepted;
- the amount paid will not be refunded in case of voluntary cancellation, no-show, or failure to use the reserved services, except where required by law.
For standard rates and customized offers:
- cancellation terms are those communicated in the reservation confirmation;
- any modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

4. No-show / Non-use of Services
In the event of a no-show or failure to use the reserved services, the amount paid will not be refunded, according to the applicable reservation terms.

5. Payment Security
Payments are processed through a secure system in compliance with applicable banking security standards.
The hotel does not store the card details used for payment.

6. Personal Data
The personal data provided will be used solely for processing the reservation, handling the payment, issuing fiscal documents, and communicating with the guest, in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the hotel’s website.

7. Payment Link Validity
The payment link is valid for the period specified. After this period expires, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.

8. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events of force majeure, in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Reserved Services
The services paid through the payment link are those specified in the reservation confirmation sent to the guest (stay period, room type, number of guests, included services, and additional services).

10. Refunds
Any refund approved by the hotel will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, in accordance with the procedures of the payment processor and applicable legislation.

11. Unauthorized Transactions
In the event of an unauthorized transaction, the guest must immediately contact the card-issuing bank and notify the hotel. The hotel does not request or store complete card details.

12. Accommodation Conditions
The guest must present a valid identification document at check-in, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Access to hotel services may be subject to compliance with the hotel’s internal rules and regulations.

13. Complaints
For any requests, questions, or complaints, the guest may contact the hotel using the contact details provided on the hotel’s website.

14. Payment Processor
Payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider. The hotel does not have access to the guest’s full card details.

15. Amendments to These Terms
The hotel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The applicable version is the one available at the time the payment is made.

16. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts.

17. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the payment, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
