Hystory

      The FELIX SPA watering resort is located in the Bihor County, in the north-western part of Romania, at an altitude of 140 m, in a hilly zone, at the edge of a beech and oak forest.

      The climate is mild both in winter and summer. Yearly average temperature is +10ºC (average temperature is -2ºC in January and +20,4ºC in August), few precipitations and low winds, since the weather is quite stable, people's acclimatisation raises no problem.
     The main natural cure factor of Felix Spa is represented by the thermal mineral water, oligometallic, sodic, sulphated, calcic, siliceous, slightly radioactive. The temperature range is situated between 32º-49ºC. Total mineralization: 1 g salts/liter. The therapeutic characteristics of the thermal water have brought fame to the resort in the country and abroad.
     The treatments applied in the treatment centres combining the natural cure factors with physiotherapeutic factors have remarkable results.
