Therapeutical indications
 

 a. Inflammatory Articular Troubles
- Acute polyarticular rheumatism (the rheumatic fever, the Bouillaud-Sokolski rheumatism) the earliest 6-8 months after the dissapearance of the acute phenomena, without articular tumefactions, without clinical signs, with normal temperature and sedimentation speed.
- Secondary rheumatism after infectious diseases or after the tonsilic, dental, sinusal infectious focuses, etc., at least 4-6 weaks after the recession of the infectous focuses.

- Rheumatoid polyarthritis (chronic evolutive polyarthritis ) at least 4-6 months after the last acute episode, with the sedimentation speed under 30 mm Hg per hour and with normal temperature
-Ankylosing spondilits, at least 3-4 months after the disappearance of the acute phenomena, with the sedimentation speed nder 30 mm Hg per hour and with normal temperature.
b. Degenerative Articular Troubles 
- Arthroses and polyarthroses without active infections focuses
- Cervical, dorsal and lombar spondiloses, at least 4-6 weaks after the acute crisis accompanied by great pains.

c. Abarticular Rheumatism
- Periarthritis (tenositis, tenosynovitis, busitis, myositis)
- Cellulitis, paniculitis
- Neuralgia
d. Neurogical Troubles
- Radiculitis, neuritis, polyneuritis after the completion of the acute period
- Sequelae of different kinds of paresis and paralysis, after polyomelitis, etc.
- Posttraumatic sequelae of the nervous system

e. Orthopedic Affections
- Postfracture conditions, folowing the imobilization period, mainly the forms with delayed healing, circulatory troubles or persistent articular stiffness
- Post-orthopedic surgery conditions at least 2-3 months after the operation
- Some orthopedic non-tuberculous and stabilized diseases( osteomyelitis, periostitis, apohysitis, epiphsitis, etc.)
- Posttraumatic sequelae following sporting, work or traffic accidents.

f. Associate Troubles
-Besides the diseases mentioned above, some other associate chronic trobles can also be trated at BAILE FELIX, such as: gastritis, biliary dyskinesia, enterocolits, urinary lithiasis, allergic states, peripheric circulation troubles,etc.
The average cure period at BAILE FELIX is three weeks.
Sometimes, according to the disease type and to the reaction of the patient, the cure period may be extended.It is advisable to repeat the treatament for several years on.
